Having studied commercial horticulture, Green Way Landscaping owner and managing director Brendan Buckley worked for the Royal horticultural Society gaining invaluable experience including being involved with show gardens at the Chelsea Flower Show.
Following this Brendan took a position with Brophy Landscape PLC, a UK wide commercial landscape service provider managing projects across London, the south east and Wales. This led to an appointment as Regional Manager for South Wales in charge of a staff of 100+ and the project management of multi million contracts such as the Cardiff Bay and the Central Park developments.
Since returning to Ireland in 1994, Brendan has been based in Cork & has amassed a wealth of experience working for SAP Landscapes as Regional Manager & then starting his own company operating commercial tree nursery and landscape construction company working nationwide. During this time Brendan worked on many noteworthy and prestigious projects across Ireland, England and Scotland winning a BALI Award (Brithish Association of Landscape Industries) in 2013.
